You're always welcome to ask questions and share experiences.

I think we have a good range of dyspraxic perspectives amongst us here.

Hi, I'm 25 and have dyspraxia, I'm trying to learn how to cope with some aspects of dyspraxia in adult life. Over the past few years I've had A LOT of ups and downs, depression, addictive behaviour, emotional disconnection with family/loved ones and endless embarrassing (really embarrassing!) moments at work and in public. I have a lot to learn about dyspraxia and still have a long way to go before I can really deal with it but I am happy to speak to anyone who wants to talk about it or share experiences. You're not alone.

It's like hell inside of our cages
Freedom we chase
But yet it seems we struggle so hard to embrace
Climbing mountains with this ball and chain
many miles more inslaved we will endure
Dyspraxia minds complicated wonders

Hi,

I'm 47 female and was diagnosed with Dysbraxia and Aspergers, my mother said there was always something different with me since a baby and was really worried about me, when she found out she was dying she wrote all of us children letters and this is what she put in mine with a positive note at the end saying that I had turned out to be a lovely lady, :) my mother didn't know what I've been diagnosed with but her instincts were right. I am struggling with this and it's down to my job and one or two people that I work with. I haven't got my mother to speak with any more ( she was so understanding ) so if anyone would like to chat with me I would be so grateful, thank you.
