Post by lauraECFan »

Feel free to put your own posts on and discuss your favourite foods

Spaghetti Carbonara is such a disappointment in this country. I was so surprised when I went to Italy and realised just how yummy it actually is. :D I guess that's being more 'authentic' for you.
Hopefully not making too many moot points... heh... *ahem* :D

i agree so long as there is not too much parmesan in it which puts a sort of vomit aftertaste to is (considering it is made with the stomach fluid of calves)

^ It's made with the- whaaaat!!

Ew. Still, I don't mind a little bit of parmesan. But yeah, the after-taste is icky. >_<

I'm struggling to think of other holiday foods at the moment. I'm quite fussy with food, so when I'm abroad I'm often not hugely adventurous.
