Hi,
my name is Ian. I was diagnosed with dyspraxia aged 40. I am now 45. I also have a 20 year old dyspraxic daughter.

I survived my early life using a combination of coping strategies including hypnotherapy.

I am sure many of you know what it is like to be undiagnosed but feel different from the rest of the world.
