Coping with grief
Hi. Just thought I would ask how you all deal with grief I tend to prefer doing things that take my mind off it. Do any of you have a way with dealing with your grief? If you cope with it by posting what happened here feel welcome to.

Re: Coping with grief
Hi Laura
I take it you are dyspraxic? I think the hardest thing for us to do is to accept that the thing has happened and cannot somehow been undone. Speaking from personal experience I find it difficult sometimes to undo the feelings of reality from daydreaming. I sometimes find it upsetting and hard to get my head around the fact, that, unlike a daydream, reality cannot be unwound and redone, that people do things that you don't expect them to do etc.
Be good to yourself is the most important thing always though.
