TOO involed with people!

It's happened again! Now I have no active friends, my boyfriend is always getting snapped at, i have no hobbys, no nothing and can hardly get myself out of bed...
It's been a never ended cycle for me. I'm happy have hobbys and am always busy with buddles of confidence then I start to socialise get a few friends get a boyfriend. BOOM . My firends start to iratate me I start to be come to involed in my "social life" every one emotion affect me i forget myself i stop doing any hobbys i sleep alot then i start to ignore my firends become just my boyfriend then I get so unhappy and get motavated to do anything even this was a struggle to write!

I need tips, help and help me understand this
I got dignose with dyspraxia when i was twenty im just twenty one so i dont really fully understand whats my dyspaxic self and know the coping tips

It sounds as if you're in a frustrating situation.

I suspect that you're trying to do too much in one go and as a result getting stressed.

Maybe, just try one hobby at a time and don't burn yourself out on it.

I always try to remember this maxim when I try to take on too much in one go, "If you chase two rabbits at the same time, you'll catch neither."

Anyway, I hope you're feeling better since you wrote this post. :)

Not sure why, but this seems to be a common feature of some people's dyspraxia and even some people's depressive cycles too. You get your life just how you want it and then destroy it, not deliberately it just happens. You can see the pattern afterwards. I think it is a very difficult thing to escape from. But as desertboy said perhaps the key is only doing a few things at a time rather than rushing to get the whole bundle?
