I feel since I left college in June 2011 my Dyspraxia symptoms have gotten a lot worse than they have been prior to leaving education :|
I have become even less organised and my time keeping is really downhill ](*,)
I keep missing appointments and I was very late for an important hospital appointment
the last time I saw an educational psycologist was when i was 16 and had just started college.
the last time i saw an occupational therapist was when i was 13-14
while i try to do my best with what i have I have no idea what to do and i'm feeling stressed and frustrated :S
is it worth seeing my doctor?

I have known that I had dyspraxia, aged 23, I received a diagnosis aged 33.

When I started postgraduate study, my dyspraxia got worse. Applying for jobs, after my education , my dyspraxia deteriorated.

I would do exercise, stretch you arms. Your GP, may be able to help but it unlikely.

I was just checking whether it was worth asking

I got like that as well after college
