Time management support

Does anyone know of any time management coaches in London/the South East? By that I mean specifically time management, preferably geared towards self-employed people with SpLDs, as opposed to general "employability skills" or "life-coaching?" I'm a freelance journalist and am feeling hugely held back by time management and attentional problems at the moment. I remember seeing Kara Tointon having it in her documentary about dyslexia a while ago and thinking it would benefit me. Alas, I don't have a celebrity budget!
