Morning and Happy Jubilee weekend...
Gosh how to start. I was diagnose at the age of 41..last december. But I thought i was dyslexic all my life but when i went last september to University to start a new chapter in my life ..the problems began...as i couldnt write an essay. English is my second language and I did teach myself. I thought i was a bit stupid but my lectures thought i was not...so I had some test and i was dignose with sever dyspraxia, dyslexia and inclinations of irlem syndrome...so i was like oh my...and i was been bully ...because of being different.... In a way its been a relief as today...I felt that was time to find others that do understand my journey. Also Ive got incurable cancer but I am not worry as ive got great doctors looking after me. I want to become a Psychologist and help others that has the same challenges to never give up...dosent matter if now i dont feel confident...Maybe coming here is the first step to start to make friends that understand me as I feel others dont...apart of my long distance partner and some friends that has also the same illness but I want to move from that as I am more that these challenge illness. This is why i went to University so will see.. I dont give up easily ....; )

Thats a verry warming story and welcome to this group
Like you I am dyspraxic as well and I don't give up easley I think this is one of the fue benerfits that being dyspraxic brings.
I think its really good that your not letting your various problems and conditions bring you down too much and you have the determanation to keep going and do what you want - this is one example to us all when things are going badly.
There are plenty of people on hear that understand your problems and what you have been through, so you don't have to feel alone.
