'Coming out' as Dyspraxic

A new years resolution is to confront the problem of Dyspraxia and ADHD directly and stop acting as if I should apologize for having these conditions.
Has anyone else 'come out' as Dyspraxic and confronted people who think that Hitler was right about how people with SpLDs should be treated?
