I have been digignosed with genralised axianty disorder and have been under mental helth care for some time for my axianty and other issues.

Panic attacks usually wash over you when you least expect it and is usually accompied by a rapid heart beat many often fear that they are having a heart attack because your heart will be racing its the adrenalin rush that causes this, also sweating feeling really hot and uncomfortable and of feeling dizzy, some have loss of coordination and balance and can often accompied of a fear of fainting and can often lead to a avoidance of many things and situations and in the extreme can lead to Agoraphobia
