Dyspraxic Adults

I have been given a sewing machine but am really struggling to thread the needle. I normally use a needle threader on individual needles, but this isn't possible with the machine. Any suggestions before I'm driven crazy??

not sure if this helps: lick the end of the thread so that it becomes pointy and thread it facing the sun if you can, so that you can see the hole better and be pacient, eventually it will get through (is this how everybody does it? dunno)
