Hello,
I am a newly diagnosed Dyspraxic and in my early 30's. Got tested at university last year and have been trying to deal with it ever since, I posted my story so far on the dyspraxia chat board. It's nice to find a place where people seem to understand and know what dyspraxia is like and that it's not something we do on purpose to annoy others!
I am just currently trying to work on accepting myself for who I am rather than beating myself up all the time and to make improvements where I can. I also believe that dyspraxia or any form of neurodiversity has an upside and so I am trying to find my silver lining!
Amelie x
P.S. please forgive all my posting tonight just had a lot to get off my chest!

Hi!
Nice to meet you. I've found it great to talk to people here who understand me - I hope that you do to.

Hi Amelie,
Welcome to the board! I was an adult diagnosis too, at the age of 25, when I started studying towards my Masters degree.
