Hi everyone
Recently a Lot has been changing in my life and I have found I need to be more motivated then I usually am... but I find self motivating so incredibly hard!
Has anyone any tips to motivate yourself to do something instead of sitting online procrastinating and posting on forums...
I just think, "I'll do that in a minute..." which never comes. I hate the fact it seems lazy, I really am not lazy! If someone tells me to do something I will do it...just telling myself to do something never happens.

Ah the old catch 22 i think i should be more motivated then i am . Theres obviously a need or you think there is to push yourslef . However and i find this , they can be underlying issues unresolved ., It can be comparirsosn to whats going on around you an dyou think i should be performing like that person or that , why arnt i more busy doing things with my life ??
And thats the thing finding out what you want to do with your life its alwasy changing (even for we ND's

) As we do see the world in a much i dffernet manner, we have to learn that sometiems we just have to do things at our pace .
The philosophical idea of Wu Wei (in Taoism ) is a good place to start

I'm pretty much motivated to anything like for career paths but i do get the odd days where it's gets too much and brain cant cope with the sensory overload. But I find planning ahead and pacing helps and avoiding stress.

If you have good interests that is motivation in itself. My main interest is cycling, while the weather allows it! I can think of somewhere to go to and look forward to it for some days and then go off there for the day. It's ace. You could try reading too, get your imagination going or learn something new by reading factual books like I do.

i find motivation very hard, some days there is no problem, but usualy i set the bar to high, and i cant follow through,im creative have many ideas, but the motivation and self esteem are on the floor, and the possiblity of the good ideas happening are on the top of a skyscraper.i suppose the best way to be motivated is taking small steps and dont raise the bar to high, only you will get hurt, you have time to get to the top.....
