I hate public transport

i hate public transport so much
there is one bus that goes through my estate every half hour
if i miss it i have to walk 10-15 minutes into town and get the bus from there
the last bus is 7.30pm so if i am even slightly late i'm screwed
it's even earlier round my boyfriend's way and he has a horrible footbridge (going over it is terrifying) from the bus stop to his estate.
it's always when i'm running late it's early and if i get there on time it's 10 minutes late
if i'm unfortunate enough to get on with the little s**ts from the local secondary schools then i have to stand i've almost fallen on peoples laps (especially embarrassing if the poor person i've almost stacked it on is a bloke)
and once everyone gets off the next stops usually mine so theres no point me sitting if i'm getting off in a minute

in short i hate busses

Hi

I have the same problem. Buses and trains are expensive now, however I dont really want to drive as it is way too expensive and scary.

So scary I find the thought of driving an automatic car difficult, let alone a manual.

I cycle everywhere, but even with that, motorists are scary as hell, especially taxi drivers!

If I got a tenner for each taxi driver that cut me up, I would only have to work a few days a year.
