SomeT, if you are getting any lvl of DLA I think it was, then get down to the DSS, and claim income support.
and if they say about being registered for college, then tell them that you get DLA, it doesn't matter with DLA whether you are going to go to College
and if you are getting DLA unless you are working, then you should be getting income support from age 16.
