That's lucky. Actually find someone that might understand you. >_<

I wish, heh.

Well I've taken the view that if things go as I want them to go career wise THEN I'm interested.

But you know the story where that is concerned to date.:|

well first priority is to get this subject back to the top of the board again, as I think you chaps lost it, and so started posting on the ladies in relationships!!! =D>

the way I am feeling now, then have to see what happens, but I might be getting myself off the singles scene! as it is just a bit too boring now!!!

so waiting to see what happens over the next few weeks. I know I said about getting my driving licenses first, but hey! life is passing me by, most of my friends have got kids now, and in serious relationships. and it is making me feel a bit down :*(

but still won't go with the first woman I come across :-$ even though I got someone in mind, so I am starting to put my feeler's out, and testing the water before jumping in!! O:)

just [-o< she never reads this

(Dan would you be able to delete this message, before she gets chance?)

For an admin fee of £20 I might be able to delete it at some point in the future :P

Once I get myself settled I think I'll look towards a relationship. It's about time.

Seldom online Dan.

can I pay by cheque? a rubber one!! \:D/ as it will bounce from here to Australia, and back 15 times in 1 day!! :-k maybe I will jump off when it gets there!!!!

sort all my problems out in one foul bounce! :*(

as taken a leap of faith into the unknown, and so far no news! so hopefully it is the saying "no news, is good news"! but on this occassion it doesn't look like it, so I might be 6 foot under tomorrow afternoon. 8-[ [-o< #-o

I wish I had a downstairs!! [-X, let alone a cellar!! \:D/ instead it is an upstairs flat, with bud in the attick!!! O:) \:D/ oh! well more space for alcohol!!

and I had my 1/2 yearly drink last Friday, so not much chance on drinking anymore!!

next time will possibly be my birthday if I can get my friends to the pub, as they were all busy last year :*( :*( :-({|=

so I was left to my own devices!! O:) \:D/

Anyhoo, the gist of what I said was that if you are friends with someone first, you don't need as much confidence to talk to them as you do if you just meet someone in a random place and have to go up to them and talk to them.
But what I meant by cocky and over confident was the type of guys who parade around thinking they are gods gift to women and can get anyone they like....cause they can't!
Yeah, I think most women really hate cocky guys! I personally don't like them at all! I mean, if you think you are the most important thing in the world then obviously you think you are better than me and I don't want to be with someone who thinks that I'm not as good as them.
While many girls would say that in truth, they like a sensible caring guy, the truth is it is the loud and cofident guys that get the women, a confident guy seems more exciting and fun, shows a strength of character that appeals. I am not talking about being vain or cocky, just confident. Sadly most people with dyspraxia don't have this air of confidence when talking to women, the come across as weak and unsure. And most women will turn away from this.

There is no easy soloution, I have a fairly confident personality, but I just can't make appraches to women, i get tied up inside and become this awkward gibbering mess. I am fine once things have started but making an approach is still to difficult. It's also no use becoming friends first, then i am to scared to approach in case I lose teh friendship, It's just a mess for me and I suspect many others with dyspraxia.

I fell in love with someone, only time really, all other relationships even the long ones were just superficial, but with this one girl I fell in love, so deeply, but the insecurity i felt was destructive, we lived in different countries and only met every other month, I couldn't handle it. When I finally explained the reason, my dyspraxia, she ran a mile and left me.

Kills your self belief, destroys your soul and just another brick in the wall as floyd would say, lonlyness is my curse, I have been lonely for 44 years, no reason to suspect what years i have left will be different, I tell you when i die I will spit in god's eye and say thanks for nothing

as way of an up-date, then she knows how I feel now, and think things might move forward between us. but the way she has been, then feels like I am 500 miles behind her, as she has turned off my feelings completely, as my head is saying yes, but my heart is saying no.

I know she does like me, but I am left in a sombre state, do I take things further now, or wait for my heart? or it is like she is shouting it from the rooftops, and me wondering how on earth I got up there? as I don't like heights type of thing!

so I am just waiting to see what happens now she knows

Not had a proper girlfrend in 3 and a half years. Never known how to "talk the talk", my last reletaionship lasted a total of 2 weeks. Although I have sort of an online thing going on with lady I met over yahoo messenger, she lives over in the USA

Any woman who cant take you guys for you isnt worth it... I accept Clive with all his little quirks just as he accepts mine... Ive never understood why its mainly men who find this concept complicated...... :-k :-k O:) O:)
