Hi there

Hi everyone
am Beth, 46, and had dyspraxia since childhood. Am starting to realise now what an effect it had on me at school and in home environment. I still struggle with frustration and emotional regulation now, and tend to avoid getting into a lot of sport, cause I know am not so good at it.

Hi Beth

Welcome to the Forum

Controlling when and how far we step outside our comfort zones is definitely a good strategy.

Also remember that plenty of Neurotypical people are not good at emotional regulation and will try to guilt trip.
