Small coordination differences day to day

Post by lucaspalm »

Hi,

I’ve noticed that my coordination can feel quite different from one day to another. On some days, simple things like using utensils or typing feel fairly natural, and on other days the same actions take more effort and concentration.

It’s not a big issue, just something I’ve become more aware of over time.

Apologies for slow response.

I definitely find I have days when my personal effectiveness and executive function falls off a cifff.

It is definitely worse if I'm tired / stressed anxious etc and so often this can be a vicious circle.

With a foot full of bullets I tried to run faster but I just hobbled on to the next disaster.
