The frustration of spending a whole session on one movement that just won't click is very familiar. What helped me was finding approaches that use very slow, deliberate movement - the kind where you're barely doing anything - rather than trying to perform the exercise correctly at normal speed. When movement is slowed right down and done without effort or strain, the nervous system seems to process the coordination differently than when you're pushing through. It's less about drilling the pattern and more about letting the body discover it gradually, which seems to suit the dyspraxic nervous system much better than repetition at speed.
