I'm back!

Post by CountryGirl »

Hi everyone

I joined the forum when I was 18 and then became inactive for a while. I'm now 25 and a lot has changed. I finished my apprenticeship, moved out of my family home, got a new job, worked there for nearly 4 years, met my now boyfriend, moved again, new job...
I'm currently trying to get my driving license. I've had 2 tests already, which I did not pass, unfortunately. My next one is this week, so hopefully I'll have better luck this time.

I stumbled across the forum again today, so I thought I'd check in!

Hi Sarah

Welcome back Are you still working in the Agricultural sector?

I hope your test goes/went well?

Hi Tom

Yes, I'm working on another dairy farm currently, though I'm hoping to try something different in the near future.

I had my test today and did not pass, ufortunately. Though I felt more confident than on my previous tests. Hopefully I'll get it next time.

Hi Sarah

Sorry to hear but glad you feel optimistic about next time.

I'm visually impaired so always been a non-driver. Public transport in Glos is OK but not great if you need to get to somewhere in more rural Glos at a time outside when there's a bus.
