If you'd asked me some years ago I would have said yes.

For me I've learned to see, that it does have it's positives. Some days they can seem very absent.

As I've said before a lot of how isolating it is seems to be as much dictated by how others treat us (and a bit of how we let them and how we see ourselves. Equally people are all too dismissive/unaccepting of others pain if they think it might affect them too much for their liking. It's selfish but human.

Dyspraxia can be really tough to deal with. I used to struggle with coordination too, and it was frustrating trying to keep up with everything. What helped me was breaking tasks down into smaller steps and using reminders to stay organized.

I am almost certainly dyspraxic, although I have never been formally diagnosed. At times, I have found my inability to do certain things frustrating, but I have accepted this and instead found other fulfilling things that I can do. Generally, I have been happy with who I am, and I actually quite like the idea of being a bit 'differently wired' from most other people I know, some of whom have much worse problems or seem unhappy with their own lives.

My one big regret is never being able to play a musical instrument.

The cruellist bit of dispraxia is how much it creates and amplifies suffering and anguish in you yourself.

It’s like if you made a list of every person you accidentally let down or unintentionally hurt, you yourself would be high up on that list.

To what extent do we hold ourselves to impossibly high standards because we perceive that those we look up to will expect that.

How do we learn that comparing ourselves is so often an unfair unobjective comparison.
