Dyspraxia and depression making you more tired
Can a person with dyspraxia and depression feel more tired compared to when the person is not depressed ?
Re: Dyspraxia and depression making you more tired
These things often compound each other.
If you're depressed or even just have low mood, processing thoughts, worries and our emotions can add to the tiredness and fatigue we feel.
Similarly we can often be overly impatient with ourselves and all these things feed off each other.
