Welcome to the Forum

You should be able to set a notification to see when someone has responded to your message here. (Check the Notify me when a reply is posted option when in edit or compose mode)

This group is a quiet corner of the web but not as 'closed a circuit' as the Private (closed) Facebook Groups and a lot of people have migrated over. The footfall is less here so regrettably you can't always count on a speedy response. We're far more laid back on here than those there Facebookers!

I'm not sure folk are always aware of Private Message (PM) feature on this platform. It should send an email to tell you whenever you have a Private Message waiting so you can login to read it.
