Aching legs

Post by Martymidd »

Hiya, new to the site.

I was diagnosed with dyspraxia at a very young age, also had physiotherapy due to poor balance and aching legs. I have not had any issues with my legs since the age of 17ish, I'm now 32 and my legs are starting to ache on a daily basis and my knees and causing me pain. Has anyone else experience this? I am thinking of referring back to a physio top see if they can help.

Thanks.

Hi Marty,

I am undiagnosed with dyspraxia, but I do have some balance issues as well as several other things which may suggest I have the condition. I've never had a problem with aching legs. Hopefully your gp/physio can help alleviate the problem.

There's unfortunately a long list of conditions that can cause this sort of thing - worn down cartilage, rheumatic arthritis and many others. Any existing problem is likely aggravated by Dyspraxia, but it is highly unlikely to be the root cause.
