Just managed to get across everything i wanted to say but because im on my phone i accidentally deleted it ahhh. I have not been diagnosed myself but i have family members who have, i dont know what to do its so expensive to get testing for dyspraxia, i have always had a very bad center of gravity and problems with clumsiness. People family friends will always laugh when i run, to the point i feel embarrassed to run sometimes. I find it very hard to concentrate and often live my life with my head in the clouds, i think too much and get distracted whle watching t.v or talking to people. I am a smart person but if asked something on the spot i often just have a brain fart melt down so i just come across as ditzy and scatter brained. My personal organisation is a joke and something i need to fix but it daunts me. i have to get to work an hour early everyday because im so worried about being late. Their is so much more i can say about these different experiences but has anyone been through this? I cant pay to be diagnosed. Where is my clarity or am i just a stupid clumsy ediot using dyspraxia as an umbrella. I feel so deppressed and dont even know where to start when talking about all this
Thank you

Re: No diagnosis
Hi Yas and welcome.
Glad you've found us . You really are no idiot, even though dyspraxia does have a strong tendency to leaving you feeling/looking like one at the most inopportune moments.
Depending on your employer it may be worth speaking to your boss, HR or staff representative about the difficulties. you're having. Some employers will fund assessments. Similarly it could be worth speaking to your GP about your medical history. just in case Dyspraxia/DCD or 'Clumsy Child Syndrome' are already noted. I think a lot of us have a tendency to be ultra hard on ourselves, almost as a weird defence mechanism, we'll beat ourselves up before others do.
It's well worth typing your posts in another application and then copying and pasting them. Another option is doing a select all and copy so that if you press submit and find you've been timed out you can re-paste what you'd typed once you're logged back in.
Please feel free to question or disagree politely.
