Hi Chris0
I also practice yoga and I really enjoy it. It's difficult and balance stuff is really difficult for me too, but I think it's beneficial. It certainly helps ground me and calms me down when I'm feeling stressed or hopeless. The hardest thing for me though is to maintain a regular practice. I practice at home because I can't face going to a class, but I either forget, get distracted or am too tired to keep it up regularly - even though I really want to. I just can't get myself organised enough to set aside time every day.

Hey thanks for getting in touch there. I understand you mean really flexibility and balance issues still a bit. I try and go once week but should do it more really. I do ashtanga anyway.

Hello, what is the difference between Dyspraxia & yoga? I know few things about yoga, though I don't practice it regularly but I had tried few yoga poses (that was funny) ,but the bitter truth that I realize is that performing yoga is not that easy how easy it seems. So is Dyspraxia in anyways comparative easy to perform and practice?

I do yoga and the teacher finds me very confusing because I am very flexible but have terrible balance. Sometimes I am doing the advanced positions with no trouble and others I am falling flat on my face doing the basics. Sometimes I find it a bit frustrating because I just can't get a move whatever I do but it is very satisfying when I manage to master a difficult pose, particularly a one-legged one. I think it has definitely helped with my balance problems.
