Hi, I decided to try and do my introduction slightly differently, I hope you aren't disappointed by the lead up to this post. I'm 21 years old and I study English and Geography at college, in fact I'm actually in the final year of my undergraduate degree, (I could write a whole other post about the worries I have about my plans for the future but apparently it's okay that I don't have it all figured out yet!
). I'm dyspraxic and I may possibly have Aspergers too. I was formally diagnosed with dyspraxia when I was quite young and received lots of supports from various sources to get where I am today, but this isn't an inspirational tale, rather one of a confused, lost, and ambitious 21 year old coming here at almost 1am because I think this is the right time for me to reach out for someone because I have quite frankly exhausted all of my other resources. You're meeting me at a tough point in my life actually, I have just come out of a five and a half year long term relationship which ended in September, (don't apoligise, you didn't know!
). I ended it because he lied to me for a year and a half but I have been talking wayyy to much about that recently, I need to just focus on life now
I am a dyspraxic who struggles with identifying myself as dyspraxic, partly out of fear I think because my parents always stressed not to tell anyone that I was different (they're good parents, they were afraid for me).
