I've been reading your thread with a lot of interest, I sincerely hope all goes well for you. I just posted a thread about job interviews and wether to disclose my dyspraxia or not - I also work in the NHS and just failed to get a job that I really should have been successful in getting but I think the stress and dyspraxic brain blur led to my downfall.
I may now be entering the stage you where entering when you started this thread as I will be going back down to grades and have to work with 2 new people who gat the full time and part time position of doing the job I was seconded to for the last 6 months.
I feel this will be untenable and need to get a new job but where to start? I'm so distraught that I too have been considering asking my doctor to sign me off with stress but fear that will be just another factor to go against me.
It all stinks really doesn't it?
Good luck with your job search, I look forward to hearing how it goes. You seem to have great tenacity so I'm sure you'll win through,
Jo
