I started meditaing some time ago to see if it would help with my coordination etc and had good results . then i discovered Binaural beats that you can find on you tube.
It play to different sound into each ear making a pulsing effect, different frquencies have different effect on the brain . example 40Hz induces sleep 4Hz will help problem solving abilies etc.
i found this has assited my meditating exponetally and would advise it for anyone who suffers from dyspraxia/ dyslexia/ autism.
