Hi, I just need a little rant to people who can understand what i'm on about. I love my son to bits he's 10 mounths old and the best thing that has ever happened to me, but tonight he was just being really fussy and crying, well screaming for ages and i found myself snapping at my boyfriend and just wanting to scream I just couldn't cope with all the noise. I was shaking and everything. I kinda just wanna go into a corner and cry. He's in bed asleep now and i'm trying to wind down. struggeling to do so but i'll get there. is there any more parents who feel like this.
ps i know how to cope so i'm not after parenting advice i just wanna know if anyone has the same problem as i do or am i just super wierd.

Honestly that is completely normal. My wife and I have both had moments like that, and most of my parent friends would tell you the same... seriously, don't worry, and if going in another room and screaming for 5 minutes helps to get it out they don't feel like a freak, get it out!
My youngest is nearly 3 now, and parenting is so much easier and more enjoyable. It will get better soon. Thoughts and prayers going your way!

I'm like that and I don't even have kids. And after just a couple of hours of being around my sister's kids I've had enough.

My daughter is exactly the same age! let me say that it is nothing to do with our dyspraxia...it is a normal part of being a parent! especially when they are this age. My partner spoils our daughter rotten and lets her do pretty much whatever she likes, so when she is with me and this isn't the case, she gets super fussy. Today she has been and is being an absolute nightmare! Not her fault, just being a typical 10mth old....and breathe....I have a deadline for a course I'm doing and have to get 6000 words done in the next three weeks...fat chance! no way she will let me...seriously thinking of giving up.
Sorry, I'm ranting now!!!!
Long and short, don't worry about it. Perfectly normal and don't let anyone tell you otherwise...

my sister used to do that
whenever she was inconsolable mum used to put her on a beanbag in the same room as her and let her get on with it because she used to scream for no reason, however this was parenting in the 90's.
is he teething by any chance? gel teething rings are really good for soothing gums

I'm not a parent and I don't intend to be- but I completely understand where you are coming from when it comes to screaming children. I'm usually on the verge of panic attacks when my friends toddler screams and throws tantrums, it actually makes me want to cry! xx
