does anyone find this a problem?

Post by LuluBoo »

 I always seem to say something twice
I.E. "i saw this great show yesterday" [then procede to talk about it] then 1-5 minutes later talking about it again then i get the odd 'you've told me/us that' from friends, family and my boyfriend it's quite frustrating ](*,)
anyone else have this?

I've been told I tell the same stories over and over again.

Oh yes, I know I repeat myself an awful lot and so wish I didnt, it made me smile when I read your post. If I wasn't aware of my repeating things already, others have made sure that I know I do this. Sounds like its the same for you as well. (I am just making sure they heard me thats all, or its so interesting I thought I would tell them again, and again and again). you gotta shake your head at this thing (dyspraxia) its bizzare thats for sure.

my boyfriend is especially quick to tell me haha i think at one point i went to my Nan's and she looks after a Yorkshire terrier and i proceded to tell him about him about 5 minutes later i told him again and he said 'you need to sort out your memory' (he's so lovely  ) my sister's bewildered by me repeating myself too

Yeah I do this.
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I know that I've said it before but I feel the need to say it again.
It drives my boyfriend mad!

My boyfriend does it all the time, I'm not sure he's aware he's doing it. Even more interestingly I'm the dyspraxic one.
