Body Stuff

Post by bookgirl »

This is a really private thing but does anyone know if dyspraxic people are more prone to stretch marks and what I can do to prevent them? I know that once they happen they are irreversible but is there a food supplement to make my skin more elastic? Although my ligaments and muscles are maybe a little too elastic!

I'm only 32 and don't have great skin. I have fairly bad acne scarring around my jaw. I have a pretty healthy diet but maybe supplements would help?

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

You could try Bio Oil

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bio-Oil-Special ... 842&sr=8-1

I'd strongly recommend you order it from a reputable shop rather than just any online seller. I've stuck Amazon's link just for your reference and not per se an endorsement,

Worth doing a bit of research and quite possibly there are people on here who may have tried it and can tell you of their experiences.

Best wishes
