aargh - tough day again!!!!
here goes
1. the sun is still shining!
2. um er hang on.....any minuet...oh blimey oh we have nothing planned this weekend so a bit of quiet time is likely....phew
3. inspirational olympics and para olympics have had a hugely positive effect on my lovely daughters sense of personal body image - mine to for that matter. So great to see strong powerful women applauded and respected (we're all broad shoulders etc) and amazing to see that a simple thing like not having arms (!!!!) need not stop you from swimming...
