you ever have those moments where your in a crowd or just talking to one other person but it feels like......... your having trouble with the conversation? its like you hear them, your hear their words then you're concentration gets thrown around by racing thoughts trying to keep up with them& want know who they are while remembering it, then non-verbal communication(body language) plus background noise, then at the end of dinner you have no memory of what was actually said but how things went& then get stressed because you can't keep up in normal convo at all which is not good for my heart. How the heck to fix this?
*how to remember what is said? preferably without taking notes.
*What to do about racing thoughts when excited without interrupting but still sharing/heard?
* know the body langauge and convo at the same time?
* drown out the background noise so not distracted?
