Hi, I'm new

Post by dorypanda »

My name's Naomi, but I'm called 'Dory' (yes, after the fish in Finding Nemo). I have dyspraxia, dyscalculia and add. I'm so pleased I've found this site. I've found other places, but they were about children who had these problems, it's good to find an adult site for it.

Hi Naomi (Dory) welcome to the forum. I'm Jess and I'm 27. I was diagnosed with dyspraxia when I was 15. I volunteer for a dyslexia organisation, at a toyroom in a charity shop and at my local library. I also go to the gym a keep fit class and a singing group.

Hi, my name is Emma. I'm 20 years old and a linguistics student. I have dyspraxia and probably also autism (I have not yet been tested for autism). I came here hoping to better understand my condition(s), I guess. And to understand the experiences of others like me.

Hi Naomi

Welcome to the forum. I also have dyspraxia and dyscalculia, but spend more time in the dyspraxia forum. This is a good place to get advice, Remeber Dyspraxic indivduals are INTELLIGENT people, are brains are just wired differently. :D
