Hi , i don;t believe so , as you have to ask to join . But with any public form always think about what your going to post.

I've joined, but yes people can read messages when they're not in the group. I think you can change the settings for that though. There's a lot of discussions that are on there that I'd like to post too but can't in case people see it.
