Tension Headaches

The only type of head ache I've ever gotten is at the base of my skull, in the back of my neck. the pain pounds with with my hart beat, it can sometimes get really unbarable, if thats what your talking about, then yes I get tention head aches,

i get these quiet often really connected and linked to me getting anxious /stressed when my MH playing up ..... i get myself worked up and i also have stiff neck ad tension works it way down all in my body the headaches really hurt and stay around for ages i have to take migraine tabs when they bad and also if i'm tired too or take normal painkillers

I hate tension headaches and i don't have clue on why I do get them but when i do i can barely look at computer screen/read a book or watch tv or even do the simplest of tasks like making a cup of tea.

all the time, get so bad at time i have to go to bed for a few hours

Have you tried tiger balm. It can be good but you get used to it.

alway getting them . ilso have blank moment when my head and eyes go fuzzy .. any 1 else have the same problem
