As you know from recent posts im looking for a job. Im from and living in Ireland the way it works over here is your assaigned a job couch the tricky thing is you have to get the interview\ job play down your disability. Here in Ireland in our job centres we dont even have a disability support officer i have work exp in a couple of wks my job couch has'nt even told the employers what disability i have they know i have issues. i see on the forum that a lot of people working what's the support and process like? i went to a few meetings last year for dyspraxic adult support and there about 10 in the group including me and there all out of work sorry guys im just frustrated is England a better country for people with disabilities? calla

Can be a lottery , some Job Centres have better resources and people then others . Im in Essex (southend) and we do have very good supportive people here. You are of coursed covered by the DDA in this country and the employer cannot discriminate against you because of this (which of course you declare if relevant to the job)
