English studies in the Leaving Cert

'Hey I am studying King Lear and The playboy of the western world. Could you please give me som tips on understand the stories and the important quotes mentioned in it please??? Also could you give some tips and support on writing speaches, diary entries, Essays, Reports, and Comparitive questions because there all involved in my English papers. Also do you know anything important about and in the novel Lies of Silence??? My exams are in June 8th 2010 and I want to pass English and get great marks as well.

Sorry but King Lear is my weakest question on the Second English paper. If I was any stronger at the play I would help you but I am not that confident in my knowledge of King Lear.
