Hi my name is Lisa I am 37 and was diagnosed in 2006 by a clinical educational psychologist with Dyspraxia. I find it hard to concentrate and I become easily aggitated and aggressive if what I say is wrong to others. I find it hard to remember things and have trouble with english and maths. I feel stupid?

I don't think your stupid I hate maths with a passion ! everyone has strengths and weaknesses (mine obviously being maths) i was diagnosed with dyspraxia quite young (I was 5 !) I hope you find the forum helpful

Welsome to the forum. You are not stupid. Your brain just processes information in a different way. Whta you need to do is find your strengths and focus on them.
