Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have dyspraxia. I was diagnosed when I was 15 by an occupational therapist. You could try going to your doctor and showing them a list of dyspraxic symtoms that you think you have and see if they will refer you to an OT for a diagnosis.

If you are at school/college, the quickest way to get diagnsed it probably for your school's SENCo to arrange a meeting eith an Ed Psych.
