I got an apprenticeship!

Post by CountryGirl » Sat Dec 29, 2018 11:02 pm

Some people on here may have seen that I was hoping to do an apprenticeship in farming in my first post. Well, I'm starting an apprenticeship on a dairy farm on January 14th! I had my interview today and the farm manager was really kind and understanding. He wasn't put off by my dyspraxia (he's dyslexic himself) and he said that I can start working a few days a week to gradually ease me into it. I'm so happy, I hope it goes well.

Thank you, everyone! :D I'm looking forward to getting back to work although I am a bit nervous after losing my last work placement back in September. I've got a positive feeling about this place though. Hopefully, I'll have better luck this time.
