Does anyone have any suggestions for good links.
I'm having serious problems at work and need to try and explain things from my point of view.
I'm finding that very hard though as I find it hard to get the info from my head onto paper.
I've had to have a meeting with my manager because of what he said were performance issues. It's very serious because they are monitoring me for 3 months and unless i pass i will get a disciplinery
So I have made an appointment with the workp[lace nurse to try and see what can be done about it . I've had union representation in the meeting but the union rep was new to the job and wasn't to sure of herself.
I'm also planning to go and see hr to try and rectify the situation
They pulled me up on things such as time keeping which off course i do understand is an issue for them and i don't expect them to treat me any differently however i had representation from the union and my union rep did seem to think they were treating me very harshley even without taking dyspraxia into account.
Time keeping isn't the easiest thing for dyspraxics and its harder when people give me a really hard time about it. its mostly in the morning because i sleep so badly so i can never get up and i never feel refreshed or awake and can't get to sleep at nite
The problems really lie with my relationship with my teamleader who is very obssesive about little things she is very intolerant to people who are not exactly like her
She is a clean freak.
not one of my strenghts so she is constantly having a go at me for having things not in the right place.
It makes me really stressed and am unable to concentrate on the bigger picdture
A lot of things were written about me which were completly taken out of context
I've had some problems with bullying as well and was pulled up for sticking up for myself.
They told me I it wasn't in the right way.
but when you are constantly shouted and snapped at it kinda gets to you in the end.
The way its working at the moment seems like the bullies are getting away with it again were and I am under observation.
It's bad enough having your every move scrutined all day every day anyway so its just going to get worse
my manager sits behind me so and constantly watches us all
off course I find it so hard to remember the plethora of little rules so hard to remember i can't possibly get every one of them right all the time.
Anyway have been looking for good links so i an try to explain the things they have issues with
so if anyone can help that would be great
Problems at work need some links to good dyspraxia sites urg

thank you
That helps loads.
It looks like I basically have to write an essay on how it effects me at work
because so few people even health proffessional understand dyspraxia or have even heard of it so i'm trying to be as prepared as possible
i've seen the occupational health nurse and found a good union rep so hopefully things should get sorted now i have some support behind me
