New job

Post by SwervingCentaur »

Start a new job, actually employed by the company, no zero hour contract, no agency, full time, close to home again

With a foot full of bullets I tried to run faster but I just hobbled on to the next disaster.

Been at work two weeks now, signed my contract on the first day, was allowed to pick my shifts, i get free bottled water, all different kinds which has fallen off the production line, work at my own pace, do what I want, only thing is that I'm walking around for eight hours in boots, legs ache, feet are blistered.

Try some gel or memory foam insoles perhaps?

If you're not used to it your feet will likely take a while to become accustomed.Worth seeing your GP if it becomes worse.

Those boots need to be stretched. Take them to a shoemaker

I've had these boots a long time, they've never been a problem for me, it's the amount of walking I've got to do, with sometimes hitting nearly 30,000 steps a day.
