I got an interview coming up for a supermarket,when they ask whybi left my most recent job which was because it made me ill,what can I say?which wont jeopardise job interview?

If they ask I would stay srick to the truth; you were placed in an untenable position and resigned because unfortunately your role was changed too far beyond what you were contracted for, without appropriate consultation or support. Furthermore you see them (your prospective new employer) as committed to their duty of care and policies in respect bullying and harassment and that you now wish to move forward from where you were.

You may need to refocus the above to something you are comfortable with saying and perhaps quote from their own policy (worth researching anyway).
