Has anyone here got a job without special treatment?

I have dsypraxia and I am finding it impossible to get a job. Why it is that we need to be treated differently to get a job. It makes me so angry.

I have a job without 'special' treatment.

The job market is tough, a lot of competition before disabilities are even raised.

But you just have to keep chipping away at it.

You have to try and look around and beyond the label. What can you offer the right employer, what are your strengths and are there areas where a bit of flexibility would enable you to bring them added value?
