Hi Pinksun
Why are your employers unwilling/unable to contribute? I believe they have an obligation under the Equality Act/Disability Discrimination Act. It may be worth speaking to someone at ACAS. The Dyspraxia Foundation and/or Key4Learning may also be able to advise.
Sorry for short Reply am away n typing this on fone.

Hi Pinksun
I'm really sorry to hear about the way your employer and their HR Dept seems to be handling this. It makes me cross reading about it!
My experience of Access to Work was not brilliant but thankfully my employer was at least keen to help. My feeling is that because it is difficult for us to explain what help we need and we're often very resistant to change, it can be a bit of a battle. I think having a mentor is key and that at least is a low cost solution. Unfortunately finding a good one who understands is likely to be a challenge. Has your employer/s HR Dept seen this guide?

As a result of the diagnosis, what information was given to/provided for your employer and were there any specific recommendations made about helping you in your role? - (Guessing Access to Work was one thing).
Also since you’re Dyslexic have you/they been in touch with any of the Dyslexic support organisations.
Is a specific person in HR handling your case and could you write to them asking what steps have been taken so far and explaining that you’re struggling and that getting this help sooner would enable you to be a much more effective employee which is going to be to their benefit too.
Have you asked Access to Work/ACAS what the next step should be if your employer is unable/unwilling to contribute to Access to Work?
Hope these suggestions are useful.

You might consider writing a respectful but assertive letter stating your concerns. They should have a diversity policy in place to guide them in these matters and to help prevent them from making discriminatory actions.
If they're not making reasonable adjustment for your difficulties then they risk discriminating against you on grounds of disability which is illegal.
If they do not resolve the situation to your satisfaction you can raise a formal grievance.
