Who else got woken up by the UK earthquake last night? (round about 00:53am or 01:03am) lasted about 10 seconds measured 5.3 on the Richter Scale (probably about a 5 judging from the news on the Mercalli scale)
Fiancee in Norwich and brother in Nottingham all texted me to tell me they'd felt it - which is when we all twigged what it was.
COOL
Earthquake

I live in Norwich and we felt it bigtime. I was just about to fall asleep when it happened. I wasn't sure what it was until this morning. I didn't immediately suspect an earthquake because it didn't seem to upset the animals or set off car alarms. It was a crazy thing to wake up to!
