Post by gherkin001 »

Isnt it annoying when you get credit cards through that you didnt apply for?

I've had 2 in the past fortnight.

i doubt they would do that to me though as i'm pretty sure i'm black listed for my inability to remember to pay things on time.

That doesn't and shouldn't happen. Are you sure it isn't an application form with those fake plastic type ones stuck on the front?

If you have recieved a card you havent applied for then I would be seriously concerned someone has or is in the process of stealing your identity.

I seriously have credit cards that I didnt apply for! One is an Aqua card and the other is a Vanquis card. Both are companies I'd never heard of until the cards came through. I dunno whats going on, but what I do know is its bloody annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Pooky to check it out as there may be some identity theft going on. They shouldn't be sending cards to you for no reason at all. :-k

Well first I would contact the credit card companies and tell them you didn't order the cards in the first place. Second I would get a hold of a copy of your credit report to see if there is anything else suspicious looking on there. :-k
