This is a great post with very interesting info. One thing I would add are foods to avoid, specially fats (if you have seborrhoea, even worse).

I have also heard that buluberrys and dark choclate :) (in small quantities) are benerfcicial for mental function.

I think this topic should be renaimed to foods that are benerficial (or somthing like this)

Vitamins are very important for keeping eyes healthy, and is also necessary for keeping bones, teeth, skin & hair
strong and well maintained All help the body break down fats, proteins and carbs, thus providing you with energy.....

Caffeine is supposed to be good for your hair follicles, make your hair grow thicker and faster especially in higher consentrations, so just a few strong coffees a day rather than endless cups of milky tea. Won't help it grow back if its already gone but should help whats left.

Or, just deal with it, this if life, shave it off and move on :)
